Bupa Global sponsors Wellbeing at Work Summit in Hong Kong

July 2026

Over 80% of organisations now offer mental health, flexible working or wellbeing support through insurance benefits – according to our live survey at the Wellbeing at Work Summit in Hong Kong.

As Diamond Sponsors at the Wellbeing at Work Summit in Hong Kong, we were delighted to connect with HR and business leaders and reaffirm our commitment to supporting employee wellbeing.

At the summit, Dr Kathy Chow, our Head of Clinical Operations, joined the panel to discuss ‘The Mental Health Insurance Dilemma’, examining how insurers, providers and employers can work together to get the balance right for employees. She shared how rising demand is widening the protection gap – and why insurers, providers and employers need to work together to expand access, making mental health support part of everyday care.

The survey also pointed to what’s next. Many organisations are recognising the value of digital wellbeing tools, with 78% expressing the importance of investing in these tools - reflecting its growing link to performance and productivity. Meanwhile, 97% of respondents addressed the need to improve wellbeing benefits within their health plans.

Overall, the message was clear – employee wellbeing is becoming a strategic, measurable priority.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in Hong Kong and shared their perspectives. At Bupa Global, we’re focused on turning insight into impact – combining digital innovation with proactive, prevention-led support to help organisations build healthier, more resilient teams, and to help businesses thrive.
